the f1 lite comes pre-programmed with the settings for flourescent lightboxes. There is a time span (that we dont know exactly how long it is) when the f1 lite will return the settings to those that are stored in memory. Unfortunately the f1 lite is not able to track it down at the moment.
I tried following this guide, but it didn't help. In short, it's not as easy as people make it sound. I have the receiver (7C3) in my house and even though the string and throw are perfectly straight, the light box keeps trying to cycle through my menu. It's not the settings though. I have checked them all (including white balance) and the power settings are all perfect. My receiver keeps doing it. I'm on a trial period with this hobby. I don't want to have to return the light box. I love the design, but I don't want to just do it because it's the right thing to do. I want to figure this one out.

I have the same problem, as the first post you saw a couple of days ago.
It seems to get stuck on the right side of the menu. It keeps trying to cycle through the menu and the display stays on the same menu. After a few minutes it cycles to the next menu and continues doing the same thing. And yes, the power settings are correct. ac619d1d87
